Fully Automated Hematology Analyser.

The Erba Mannheim Elite 580 hematology analyser is a modern analytical platform that allows users to optimize their time in the laboratory. The Elite 580 features a 60-sample capacity autoloader allowing full walk away analysis. Launched in 2018, it forms part of Erba Mannheim's Vertex range of diagnostic products, designed for mid-size laboratories.

The Elite 580 features a 22-inch full HD display which aids navigation through the easy to understand software. The software has been designed to aide smaller laboratories that do not have networked LIMS systems by being able to record offline testing results within the database. This can contribute to improved information security and patient outcomes.

Evaluations and scientific data: Detailed comparison studies have been completed during the introduction of the new product lines which have shown excellent results. These studies in many cases have been completed according to CLSI guidelines and have shown great results for accuracy, precision, carry-over and correlation against reference systems.
